JOB DESCRIPTION
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through online research, outreach campaigns, and networking.
- Introduce our software development and SaaS services to potential clients via email, calls, meetings, and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (project management, development, design) to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Support in negotiating contracts and securing new deals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in IT outsourcing or SaaS.
- Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and eager to learn.
- Experience working with clients from international markets (e.g., Singapore, US, Australia, Canada) is a big plus.
